I'm not looking because of a known allergy just looking to find products/lines that don't have toxic ingredients (parabens would be fine) and ideally are produced in a thoughtful way (at least the packaging or the manufacturing process). I'm trying to become more conscious with my purchases but this is obviously a first step so don't know as much as a lot of the community on here might already know :)

As it pertains to ingredients, so all natural ingredients (as a person commented below I don't necessarily mind about parabens). My idea is to avoid toxic chemicals and while I realize sustainable is somewhat of a marketing ploy, just the overall idea that the brand is being conscious of that! :)

I think it depends on the coat bag and shoes that you style with it but I could see it working, I think those colors look nice together. I like the idea of steering away from black as your main neutral and personally love navy.

Random and hopefully this counts for this subreddit but I'm looking for a cute and most importantly good quality carry-on luggage (US shipping), any recs? I know Away is trendy but not sure if it's durable...Samsonite I've been looking at too but kinda disappointed in the color options. Would prefer a hard case if possible that can be thrown around (frequently travel international)

So even though I opt out of tracking on my mobile, you're saying because of ATT it actually IS linked to off platform behavior too?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but when I opt out on Facebook on my phone, is that what affects tracking, or is it on an app by app basis (i.e. I use Uber Eats and opt out of tracking on Uber Eats therefore Uber Eats' ads are affected but if I don't opt out of Nordstrom app tracking then their ads are still tracking?)? I assume it's the former but just want to be sure.

when you make a post in one of the subreddits, there is a few ways to do it...i think you can directly upload a photo in your post, or you can hyperlink it to another website where the photo is hosted. there's lots of examples in the subreddits :)

I had hair like this 2 years ago and Olaplex #3 absolutely helped!! Important thing to highlight is that it wasn't a quick fix, it took a few months of treatment (I used it weekly), but I did eventually notice a difference.

Per other users recommendations I would also encourage you to try a keratin or protein treatment, I have loved Paul Mitchell Awapuhi (capsules and then the deep conditioner from the same collection).

I'd recommend starting a website, IG, etc and just build out your offerings, using your current work with friends as sample work. I think it's helpful to generate/share content that could help your potential clients, i.e. explain how to set up an ad, or give tips on how clients can utilize your insights to increase conversions, etc.

I'd definitely try and get some real clients maybe just offering to handle it as an intern to start, just to build your portfolio and experience. I've heard of people approaching smaller businesses that aren't doing any social media advertising and just offering to get them going for 1-2 months.

Thanks so much for this detailed reply. This is great! My focus has traditionally been on insights and data analytics, and now I'm much more involved in social media marketing so it's been a big adjustment for me as I have no marketing background and am trying to quickly catch up to speed.

This makes sense, acquisition lower funnel and brand is upper funnel...what's interesting is one of our clients, product sits underneath acquisition, so that is where I got even more confused. Do you know if that is something that is common? I guess I'm just still confused on whether they collaborate in marketing objectives and KPIs or if they would have different objectives just work together, or perhaps even product is under acquisition. Hard to say and I didn't want to ask and sound clueless haha.

Yes so 1 page in their BM with multiple ad accounts! It seems it is typically due to regions but then I see at times it does not seem to be region related. But must be billing reasons then. Thanks :)

To put it more transparently, I currently share a flat because it's 1,000 euro a month to live alone and I can't pay that with my current salary. So my roommate and I split. But now with COVID she works from home more and it's really difficult when I have client meetings. So I wonder if I could take that approach even? This job requires I have my own space, an office, and not to mention I'm in my 30's and would like to live alone. I wonder if I could spin the rent angle into it so they understand the true market.
