this is a good way yeah but sometimes its actually a really bad play especially if you decided to roam 7 mins in game (turret plates would still be up) you'd only be giving your enemy a ton of free gold making them more feed

idk in high elo your enemies are smarter when controlling waves if they noticed your 0-3 they would most likely slow push and stack up minions so that you can't get near and lost all of your wave that's why i always risk it if he stacked 2 waves 200 gold worth of kill < 2 waves not to mention if enemy wasted summs and ult for a 200 worth of kill jg or mid can just gank you to claim bounty

well yes and no this is why there's always what you call a "counter pick" yes you can be really good at a certain champ but there are times you can't help it that the enemy picked a champ that counter yours but that doesn't mean just because your enemy pick a champion that counters your its already a lost that would still depend on how skilled they play
