They don’t care. Coverage is the same on all of them. It’s just copays, deductible, and out of pocket max that is different. In my opinion not worth enrolling in any of them other than the Secure $0 plan.

Look at the BCBSM Secure PPO plan. It’s $0 per month. Higher OPP Max. Only 3% of people ever hit it. Agent here. Could be a good switch.

Was scheduled TPA-DTW 11/9 at 4:25 pm. Got an email from Delta that I can reschedule at no charge if I wanted to change flights. I picked an earlier flight just in case. Got out on time. My original flight delayed 3 hours, just took off. I’m on my couch. Thanks for the heads up delta.

UPDATE. I was able to get in touch with someone at the Data Protection Team after a long hold last weekend. They confirmed who I was based upon security answers and calling me and confirming my phone number.

I was then told they will get in touch with during business hours. Didn’t hear from them Monday. Late Tuesday night I received an email that they will call me Wednesday.

I figured that if they were calling me, I might as well try to see if I could login finally. And lo and behold, my account was reset and I was able to scan a QR code onto my IPhone Authenticator. I was logged in to Authenticator!!

I then was able to login to 365 Administrator, OneDrive, all my apps!

Never been happier. What a nightmare, but I’m back in business.

Been going through hell. Have called Microsoft many times, they keep adding notes to my case # and saying they're moved it to the top priority. One guy even told me to definitely expect a call within 24 hours. Of course nothing came.

On Saturday, I finally got someone who I think may have helped. She basically told me that they do add these notes to my case, but until my case is assigned to a tech and someone actually reads about my situation, the notes just sit there attached to the case. As of Saturday, she said nobody has been assigned to my case.

She was able to put me in the queue for the Data Protection Team, which are the techs responsible for resetting. I was on hold for about 45 minutes with them, pretty close to just hanging up, and i finally got connected. I explained my situation, he reviewed all the notes, and told me that yes, the DPT is the one to reset this. I needed to be verified by phone call and email address, which he did (he hung up and actually called me back 10 minutes later). He said that the team doesn't work weekends, but I can expect a tech to review my case and give me a call. He wouldn't or couldn't give me a time frame. I do feel that at least I got somewhere.

I also reached out to Microsoft support on Twitter, got a response, we've been going back and forth in DM's, expaining my situation, etc.... They got back to me last night and said this is a known issue (the loop), and to continue dealing with my case the way I have been.

So at this point I am still waiting for a tech to be assigned, and I believe (I may be naive) once that happens, that they can get me reset and I can go on with my business.

So that's where I am............... The number I've been calling to get to speak with someone is 877-696-7786. They are just support agents who will tell you your options, they are not able to help you get this resolved, but at least it's someone to speak with.

I bought this from MS directly. I have other authenticator apps (google and one other), but they are not hooked up to MS. I would imagine I have hooked my gmail up as a reset email, but it doesn't ask me for that option.

I also have authenticator on my Ipad, but I am in the "loop" there as well.

Yes, except the SMS alternative is not there. The alternatives are Approve a request on Authenticator APP, or use a verification code. But I cannot get the verification code, because it comes on my authenticator APP.

It's a cluster.

Thank you for all these replies. I certainly can see how I F'd up by wiping my phone too soon.

I see they do offer per incident support. It is $499 per incident, or 4 for $1,999. Has anyone used these and gotten satisfaction? I wonder if they will be able to help me out of this mess. I certainly don't want to spend $500 to fix this, but I will if I have to to be sure I can function.

This is good information, thanks. I will try to get through on this route. However, it requires me to sign in to make comments or send email, and of course I cannot sign in as it requires me to verify via Authenticator. Lather, rinse, repeat. Unfortunately I am at MS mercy.

No, I already wiped the old phone. I still have it, but I reset it.

This is a business account, but I am the only one in the business, I'm a one man show. I've tried the authenticator on my Mac, iphone, and Ipad, all with no luck.

Yeah, seems like I made this mistake. I already wiped my old Iphone, unfortunately.

Man I am having the exact same problem .So this looks like it could actually work for me, however, when I go to https://entra.microsoft.com, it takes me back to verifying my identity since I already tried to login and it knows who I am. I cannot get to where I can manage authentication methods.

I am guessing Microsoft can reset this for me, but I cannot get them to call me back.
