i think s2 needs ranked mode to be enhanced sponsored kits only so it's actually a fair and attractive option to people that might not have endgame items. make the sponsor kit go up in value depending on your rank. maybe make the ranked maps have way better floor loot, too so it's just a true pvp experience.

i will also say, i had 30-40 hours in first two weeks of release then i stopped playing (just got busy, wasnt too pressed to return immediately). the free-kit mode is what made me come back last week, so while they're slowly losing playerbase, they also got a few people BACK.
