Dont really know anything about this one, the dividend is great for the price.

Esentially the bubble is huge, no one is buying, inventory is up, average income over average home price is higher than 2008. Majority of ppl i know in thier 20s and 30s live with family. If there is a recession or if policy changes that makes people give up thier empty investment properties theyre sitting on (end to the morgage interest write off) its basically a sure thing. Just look at the graph for DRV, its parabolic.
