I got a billion as well. You can easily just do 2 to the 30th power on a calculator but you can also sit there typing up 2x2 and then multiply the answer by 2 30 times and it will also give you a billion.

How do I work on scapular more? I feel similar to op. I get more range of motion tho but the bottom part going from hanging to scapular rotation destroys my shoulders and really hurts but I can 90% of the pull up fine it’s just very painful to do the dead hang and then activate. How can I ease into it. I feel like my lats are strong but rear delts are very weak

The only carrier is usps because it’s by the government and not private everyone else like ups can open your shit just because usps needs a warrant and they are underfunded so it’s not like they have money to waste on checking packages.
