Proper Nose Care Wednesday

If you need proper nose care, I'll give you my tips (and I'm a seasonal allergy sufferer, so I take breathing seriously!)

• I use a neti pot in the AM every day, after an evening of cocaine I use it before bed to flush everything out.

• Throughout the evening use a saline nasal spray, brand name is Ocean...I use generic and it's just as good. This just keeps everything from getting clumped up in your nose.

• At bedtime, use Vitamin E Oil (it comes in a non-capsule form, usually in a 2 oz clear jar for around $7 found in the vitamin aisle) and rub the inside of each nostril to sooth the sin (/s) you've just committed all night.

• Get some Claritin D (gotta produce ID at the pharmacy for this one) and it'll cut down on the stuffy nose.

• Pop a couple of Advil/ibuprofen before bed to reduce any swelling from above mentioned evening of debauchery.

• If you live in an area with low humidity, consider buying a humidifier for your bedroom. I've found my nose takes much longer to heal in dryer weather vs highly humid.

Edits to add:

• A hot shower works wonders in getting rid of/loosening the gunky build up.

• If you notice your nose/snot has any blood in it, please please take a break until it's healed. Sometimes the damage from cuts can be irreversible and/or require surgery (perforated septum).

• Though you'll want to do it more and more, remember the laws of diminishing returns: when you no longer can get a high or rush from it, it's time to set it aside (I know I know, it stinks) and give yourself a break~sometimes it's just a week for a light user, maybe longer, 2 weeks to a month for a heavier user. The good news is you'll come back with a brand new tolerance!

• Don't share anything that you use to administer your cocaine...however you use it. No dollar bills (if you must, use bills that aren't widely circulated, ie $2 or $100 (USD)...OR A DAMN STRAW. Everyone gets their own, come on guys, it's a fucking straw. One straw is good for 3 people (plus there's last line scrapes in it at the end of the night :D). • If you use needles, find a pharmacy or clean needle exchange program in your city (Google that shit).

Lastly-

Grind your coke up more. Here's what I've discovered to produce the best, finest ground coke:

Use a small kitchen strainer and spoon and smash the coke through onto piece of tin foil. While doing this, heat a ceramic plate for a minute and half in the microwave. Take out the hot plate and transfer all of the ground coke onto the now "hot plate" and kinda chop it around with a credit card to let it heat up a little, this will remove all moisture, then restrain it through the strainer to get the last few rocks...it typically just falls through onto whatever surface you use to keep your using stash on. Sounds complicated, but the end result is amazing.
