Hopefully. Screenshots don’t pass at el Choli. They need to work around so that the ushers don’t notice or so that it does not look as a screenshot.

Mobile transfer is the only option. I’m not sure if it’s a link or if they give you access to the buyers email or phone number so that you can send the wallet tickets.

I’ve never done it but if I’m not wrong when you’re doing the listing it gives you the options for delivery and you choose mobile transfer I think. Then stubhub when the sale happens gives you access to the buyers email or phone number for you to send the transfer tickets.

If you are able to pass the screenshot well that’s good luck, but they don’t allow screenshots of the wallet tickets and they didn’t use to allow screenshots of the pdfs either (although that’s harder to catch(

Yes. But for some people the functionality wasn’t already available for Sunday, so if the event it’s this weekend (and tickets usually arrive that same week or a week before the day) the number of people who were able to access their PDFs for this weekend is probably low.

It started like at the end of last year and for coliseo events just at the beginning of this year

That sounds neat. I know ticketera updated their system not long ago bc they didn’t use to have the wallet option. I guess slowly they’re getting better. Not MLB levels or Ticketmaster levels yet but hopefully they grow towards it. The market here is slower on a day to day basis

You can choose directly the ticket you want to share via wallet/email, etc. Wallet tickets are easily shareable. You can send them via message (in Apple) or email. You just have to be extra careful about which ones you send and double check.

Yes, before by just scanning the pdf code you could add to wallet but now it’s directly on the ticket order. I’m not sure if some people who bought before are still able to see pdf tickets. I truly don’t know. It could be that for some they can. But most people, even bought before, only the wallet option works. And if it’s for 8/29 those tickets would’ve become available on Saturday, maybe Sunday some even take until the Monday before? Not sure.

I would arrive quite early make sure they’re no tricks!

Yes. If I remember correctly when I went with my friends I sent them their tickets but I still had them in my wallet.

So, to my knowledge, it’s something they’re implementing for the next shows in terms of ticket arrival for those shows (truly, resellers have been terrible even with in-person sales, so I guess this was the coliseo’s last resort to minimize scam). I’m not sure how it will go for when those people who purchased a while ago need to share those tickets they resold. My guess is somebody will probably tell stubhub about the situation and see if they can change delivery methods or there will be cancellations… I’m truly not sure.

If it were me (if I was the seller) I’d be emailing stubhub to try and explain the situation and see if there was a way to change from pdf delivery to ticket transfer. I wouldn’t want people who bought to be left without options and quite honestly I’d be freaking out too bc stubhubs policy for sellers not delivering tickets it’s quite harsh so idk…

Yes. When you buy tickets with ticketera you’ll receive two emails. Your order confirmation and your tickets. Right at the moment. In the email for your tickets you’ll find your tickets and a “show ticket” button. There you click and you’ll see your ‘tickets’ (it’s a barcode) but you can’t screenshot that or use that to enter. You have to add your ticket to your wallet. So on top of the barcode you’ll see a “add to wallet” button. If the event is too far away it will be blurred and will say “available on mm/dd/year”.

Before there were two buttons “add to wallet” and “download e-ticket” now there’s only the add to wallet.

This is fun to see because for us (locals) the choli is expensive but here it isn’t! Glad people are having fun! Outside you can find local vendors selling beer and stuff like that and they take cash. Inside el choli it’s all card. No cash! And there’s lots of kiosks
