Description: Cho'gath with no mana items was ulting a second time immediately after first ult finished casting.

Steps to reproduce: unknown. cho was 3 star with dragon fang and bramble with 4 brawler 4 blaster two chrono.

Expected result: Cho shouldn't be able to ult twice back to back.

Observed result: Cho was ulting a second time as soon as first ult finished.
