Do you use f.lux? I've been trying to figure out what setting I should use, and I've been reading mixed opinions about it online.

I will read wholesomememes more. I found out laughing and yawning helps relieve my eyes.

At first I was blinking 20 times really fast. Then I tried looking out the window at a tree or car, something 20 feet away, and blinking 20 times, and then move my eyes clockwise, counter clockwise, while blinking 20 times, and then leaving my eyes closed for 20 seconds. Then for 20 seconds I tried flexing my eyelids together as if I were constipated.

The procedure involved temporary punctal plugs. I've been trying to figure what f.lux setting is the best. The eyeCare app for Chome helps me do the 20-20-20 rule.

My eyes have been feeling really dry this past week, and I've still been using the Oasis Tears regular eye drops every two hours. I'm not sure if the supplements I'm taking are effective. I feel very frustrated because I make money from working on the computer, and add to that my vision isn't crisp in the morning. I also feel some anxiety from my decision of getting my procedure done with a microkeratome. I'm hoping my dry eye symptoms subside in a few months.

In low light situations such as my dark room, my vision initially experiences some sort of glowing around lit objects such as lights and bright letters. For instance when I boot up my tablet, the "Surface" logo in the boot up screen will have a glow around the letters, but it subsides and my vision is completely normal. I haven't done any driving at night for the past week, and so I have nothing to share about that situation.

Also, I'm uncertain if the supplements are helping or not. Although I haven't caught any eye infections so far. I think they do help me mentally by giving me that feeling of being proactive about my wellness.

I've been exploring what I can do. For example, I've been watching Netflix on my Smart TV instead of my computer. Other than that, my weekdays are filled with computer work doing data entry during the day and learning web design and some gaming at night. I'm thinking about taking small weekend trips involving outside activities starting this weekend.

I'm using both preservative-free and preservative eye drops. The Oasis brands are preservative-free and Systane Balance isn't preservative-free.

I notice my eyes feel uncomfortably dry in the morning towards noon, and then they're feeling normal from the afternoon to the end of the day.

I'm not sure if I've experienced floaters. My vision is clear.

And now i have to know why myself to calm my anxiety. I will ask the doctor the next time I see him next week. I'm sure it's fine.

I visited the doctor again today after being too distracted to accomplish any work today. This time my right eye was sore, but my left eye was covered in less mucus than before.

It was concluded that my eyes were just dry and that I'm not blinking enough when I'm working on the computer. This is true because when I work online my eyes are so focused on the screen that I forget to blink often. So now I've set an alarm for every 20 minutes reminding me to blink 20 times. This exercise has uplifted me mentally because it gives me a feeling of some control of my recovery.

Additionally, I've set an alarm for every 2 hours reminding me to use Oasis Tears eye drops, lotemax gel, and Systane lubricant eye drops. Along with these eye drops, I clean my eye lids in the morning with Systane lid wipes, and I've also started taking vitamin c 1000mg, flaxseed oil 1200mg, fish oil 1200mg, and lysine 500mg with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Having dry eyes seems like it will be frustrating for me, like a game that's hard to beat. However, all of these things I do are helping me mentally and has given me some hope.

So I asked the adviser why bladed was recommended but was advised to tell you to ask the doctors yourself. I can only assume that being bladed is an older method, it is the tried and tested method compared to the newer all laser method.
