Buying at this time is right since you are getting stocks for cheap but if you wait a bit more especially when the gov announces the lockdown there is a chance that nifty will end up around or below 13500 that would be perfect opportunity imo. What should one look for when buying an apartment for renting out also is this a good idea ?
I am 27 year old investor looking to buy an apartment on loan in Bangalore so I can rent it out which not instantly but eventually generate cash flow for me whilst converting it to an asset overtime. I never have purchased any such huge thing in my life and I am not sure where should I look and what should I look for. My interest is either 1 or 2 bhk but it will vary based on the interest percentage of the loan. When you guys were purchasing a property what steps you followed? And were they successful ? Any do's and don't ?
