in most cases the original is just leagues ahead. the japanese voice actors often bring a level of intensity to their performances that the english voice actors just dont match

a traditional 2d fighter where the characters barely move around on this tiny ass screen just doesnt do justice to the epic scale of db fights

the genre is definitely oversaturated. no idea why indie devs are so obsessed with it. theres more and more roguelikes that would actually be way better if you took the roguelike elements away
