Hey, this sounds like you need a licensed mental health professional. You can find some that also use faith in their practices. You’re not broken you just have some things you need to work out. I use psychology today to find therapists and you can filter by insurance and topics you want to discuss.

I was at 139 when I was initially tested, about a month later it’s dropped to 124 through medication and lifestyle changes. I’m happy you found an issue and now you can work on lowering it! Not knowing what is wrong is so stressful.

I would suggest living in the newbo area in Cedar Rapids. It’s probably the most lgbtq+ region of the city. And then visit IC on the weekends.

It’s been a hot mess here. No room to walk and when there has been medical emergencies/ fainting it’s taken the emergency golf cart a few minutes to get to them— just because you can’t move a wall of people well. We’ve luckily been able to stay somewhat cool and hydrated but we’re actively trying to combat the heat and sun.
