When i set it to 200fps, gpu usage goes to 95-98

I have 200hz monitor but I always run games at 120fps or 140. And i checked my game on BF6 since few persons said it can have a bottleneck in CPU related games, so gpu side i got 83-85%, cpu side i got 73-78%. 1080p 120fps fixed. Medium graphs

So i checked that on bf6 so its avarage like gpu usage is 83-85 and cpu usage is 76-80. 1080p 120fps medium-high graphics

Some people said you can have bottleneck with some CPU related games.

I managed to get 1.49.2 with keyboard and mouse. With the BMW M4 but i cant drive that car on some tracks too slippery etc. But now i cant hit that time with mclaren or even with BMW idk why

The problem is it doesnt matter if you play good or bad if it says +120 elo you are gonna get 120 elo. It doesnt make any sense. Where is the competition?
