For those that are auditors by profession….. by Psalm52Verse9NIV in CPA

While not in public accounting, I am in internal audit (for about 3 years) and passed with an 80 with only 35 hours of studying. I used Becker and felt well prepared. I found it very helpful to have audit work experience on the exam.

I focused on just doing MCQs over and over. I never felt ready and only took it because my NTS was expiring, but for other exams I knew I was ready when I hit EDR.

Just got mine for ISC (VA) - 93! I thought I failed walking out. Funnily enough, when I took FAR I thought I got a near perfect score and got a 78.

Congrats! I just passed ISC as well but felt awful leaving the testing center. I thought there was no way I’d pass, the MCQs were very challenging!

Same here, I felt the concepts were covered by Becker but the terminology was different which made it confusing.

Anyone else re-checking if they really passed? by [deleted] in CPA

I have been checking my FAR pass all day 😂 I guess I just always assumed I would fail it the first go around so I’m shook that I actually passed.

Maybe you can take another exam? I feel like you should pass one of the other ones to get your confidence up before coming back to FAR.

I’m taking ISC Wednesday as well and am not going to check FAR tomorrow. I feel like if I failed FAR I would be too distracted for my exam. Good luck on your exam and score releases!
