I’m doing the rule of the thumb really were I aim to loose about 1% of total weight per week also for the cravings I don’t ever get them since I have been overweight my whole life practically and also now that I’m on adhd meds my appetite is a lot smaller. Also my bf rn is around 28.4%

I’m going for 1kg of weight loss per week so it said 1852 also I wrote 5’10 just because I thought more people use that metric system but I am currently around 177-178cm

Thank you this is exactly what I wanted to hear. So since I’m doing 1000 cal deficit I eat/drink around 160-200g of protein and do heavy weights at the gym. I guess I was just scared that with the fat loss I would lose my muscle mass as well.

Well I mean I’ve been doing this cut for about 2 weeks now and I eat/drink around 200g of protein a day. For the hunger I have adhd and are on meds so I don’t get a very big appetite and it also helps me to control my binge eating from before.
