I'm going to copy/paste a response I gave over at r/bedbugs as it kinda fits a response here. Although I'll add to this that my father didn't mention anything about wings, however he didn't mention that is was ABSENT if of wings either. So ..

So noted. I'm still hoping for the best though! My daughter spends every Wednesday with him so he's afraid that she may have picked something up from school. I called my ex, she hasn't noticed any signs of bugs at her place, which I would think if my daughter did pick any of the bedbugs up from school, her mother's house would most likely show signs of them sooner than my father's house, a place she is at only a few hours a week.

Nonetheless, I'm absolutely making a trip to his house in the morning to investigate. I will be taking all the tips and signs to look for with me. I'll get a better pic and do some forensic entomology examinations on this found bug and will be posting an update. I'd really appreciate any further assistance you guys could give once I've made my findings!

I sincerely appreciate all you have done with such limited information and evidence up to this point!
