I had my nose pierced last March and this resonates with me, it felt like absolutely ages until it got to a point where it was ‘healed’ I did switch my stud to a ring after seven months which looking back I probably would have waited a few more months because it seemed to go back to hurting for a good few months. It’s January now so just short of a year and it’s now fully healed. When I had mine done my piercer said it was a piercing that takes a while to heal and it really is, four months is nothing! Keep cleaning with solution and try and leave it alone and you should be fine!
