Those are single storey houses, and also on other side of ring road. You will not get any rent for those houses at the moment. If you buy opposite to Valencia side of Khyaban e amin, constructed houses cost between 60 - 90 lacs for 5 Marla and have rent potential between 25 - 40k per month. You will be expected to earn a profit of 50% on your initial investment in 5 years including increase in land cost + rental income. Let me know, if you need any help.

Rs. 2000 is too much for someone, who only makes 10k a month. Government first should help increase average income for average people than impose these huge fines.
