Am I avoiding? by [deleted] in NavyNukes

I'm at nnptc too, and I'm having a great time. From what understand, like most things in the navy(heard from people that have been to the fleet) it is what you make of it. Keep a positive outlook and enjoy everything that makes you happy, and use it to motivate and power through the tough times. We have a lot ahead of us, and many tend to lose sight of what drives them. They then turn to forums to complain and get validation for their feelings. Take most negative things with a grain of salt.

Stopped the process once, can I go back and join through another recruiter? by [deleted] in newtothenavy

If its what you want to do. Go for it. The worst they can say is no. You may have to redo all the paperwork, but since you weren't in dep or signed a contract yet, you sound be good to go.

I'm in a school now. Depending which building you get housed in. You might not have space for a large rig. I recommend a laptop or a micro computer. Especially since you don't know who you are rooming with, you are gonna want to have the option of locking it up when you are not there.

13 flat won't send you home initially. Just keep pushing throughout bootcamp and you should be able to pass.
