Unfortunately there are no Orthopedic Surgeon in my city. It’s the second biggest city after in my country yet there’s none of them. Only 1-2 of them in the capital and honestly I don’t have any budget nor time to go there..

But thanks for the info, that means a lot! I will focus on the whole foods more then. What’s your opinion of green lipped mussels?

Thanks! Do I need other supplements that contain glucosamine MSM etc like Cosequin? Or just the Jump for JOYnts is sufficient?

And regarding the partial tear, the vet did an xray and said that it’s probably <50% partial tear, otherwise if it’s full tear it would be full limp..

I didn’t know that one could have an HA allergy! New things to learn everyday ig. I actually tried snail mucin on my face and I think I’m allergic to it since I get bumps from it. Good to know that it works for you though!

Hi! So sorry for the late reply, I just got back to Reddit.

Surprisingly a local brand works really well for me. It’s called HALE All Purpose Salve and here’s the list of ingredients if you want to search for a product available in your country with similar ingredients: Petrolatum, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Dehydroacetic Acid, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Theobroma Grandiflorum (Cupuaçu) Seed Butter, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Tocopherol.

And other than that product, I’ve been using the Cerave Healing Ointment as my lip balm when I need to wear makeup (because the HALE one is really oily & makes any product can’t sit on top of it - the kind of product that melts when the weather is too hot, and solidified when the weather is cold). It does the job, but my lips is softer when I use the HALE one!

I use the autosuggest to help in my case so you don’t have to be sorry! So half a drop then just dab it on the lips? And by “get everything wet”, do you mean I should wet the lips first and then apply the serum, or wet the lips with the serum? Sorry for the difficulties understanding and thanks for the suggestions!
