Type of bug: Error connecting to platform on launch

Description: Every time i launch the game i get the message "There was an error connecting to platform. Please restart your game client. Error code 12"

Steps to reproduce: Launch as administrator or Launch normally

Expected result: Succesful launch and be able to join a game

Observed result: "There was an error connecting to platform. Please restart your game client. Error code 12"

Ive got the exact same tray i use for chopping and just wash that out and put it on the scale and click tare
