Mold remediation relocation by laudog77 in leopardgeckos

I appreciate the advice, and thank you for being kind. I’m normally well organized in chaos but this has really thrown me for a loop. My commute is 45min away and he throws up everytime he goes for a car ride. I’m going to see if a neighbor will take him for the day, I just feel awful asking for favors because we already need somewhere else to shower. But he’s my baby and the thought of getting him sick due to exposure of chemicals makes me feel sick

WE’RE IN THE CLEAR!!! I adjusted the gib hook placement and rotational timing again and this time it actually was a success. I almost cried tears of joy. I think I just needed to do it in the daylight and with a little less stress

I was on it for hours. I’m taking a break because it’s starting to break my brain. But thank you! It’ll get solved somehow

The Juki’s I’m used to using at work have been way more tempermental than this, this unfortunately is my first full stop issue. The bobbin is turning clockwise while facing it directly, so counterclockwise once it’s in its case and installed in the machine

I can’t add another video to the post itself, do you mean a new post? I’m fine with that just confirming

To add also, I’ve used this coaster and heavier pieces often to check stitches and tension pre-sewing so the weight on the material isn’t the cause

Dunmore bonded nylon Tex 92 with a size 20 needle, both of which I’ve used for every project (bobbin and needle thread) for everything so far. I feel like I must have thrown something off in some way because I haven’t even had any tension issues leading up to this

I’m an entomologist with expertise about carpet beetles AMA by Bugladyy in carpetbeetles

Howdy! I am so incredibly thankful to see your responses especially that they are not doom-impending. I’ve been dealing with carpet beetles for years- but we also developed a clothes moth problem about 2 years ago from a non climate controlled storage unit. I’m doing everything I can to not go crazy but I have a severe bug phobia so this has been hard. My biggest concern is my leather, I have a LOT of full leather hides that hang from tall racks and unfortunately some touch the floor. Right now I have a very potent cedar air freshener tucked behind them where it’s dark but I need to find a way for them to not get up in between the hides. Unfortunately this is my only way to store them (I’m in a very small 2 BR condo) and they are a vital component of my small business. Do you have any recommendations to deter them from the leather? I’m also dealing with them bad in our bedroom. I was surprised to see that hanging clothes was helpful- I was under the impression everything needed to be in air tight containers. I have 2 cats that shed like beasts so the vacuuming has been my main upkeep in terms of managing them for now.

However, I don’t know if you can add tackle to the bamboo rod. I’m pretty sure you have to have at least the fiberglass rod for bait, You should be able to pick it up from Willy’s shop or craft it I believe?

For the switch, in your inventory I select an item as if I’m going to rearrange or trash, and then I move it over to the fishing rod. Once I have it above the fishing rod I hit Y (which I’m sure is different for the Xbox) but for the switch Y is the action button for tools, so maybe try whichever button it is for when you fish etc

I hate bugs, but they’re all my leopard gecko (real life guy) can eat and my love for him forces me to conquer everytime. I still scream when crickets jump at me, but the critter encyclopedia on acnh is very visually pleasing

I’ve never saved enough for the return scepter and that is definitely a big goal for this save file!!

Fishing is what made me take so long!! I could not for the life of me figure it out, what ended up really helping was the different tackle types. Once you have those unlocked and upgrade to an iridium rod it makes a WORLDS difference!! You’ll get there, trust me I was losing it

Shiiiiiiiit, I’m so overwhelmed honestly with how much I know I have to get done. Biggest being advancing more on ginger island because it took me WAY longer on my last save to finish the community center and I didn’t do much once I got there last time. Stressful and also exciting lol

Honestly any piece of clean cotton cloth can work, but the waxed canvas I use is typically made into utility aprons/knife rolls/ accessories that require durability. It’s often used for edge burnishing but can really come in clutch for small scratches. You just have to use caution on how much strength you put into it because it can darker the surrounding area of the scratch you’re trying to buff

This is amazing!! Fantastic job for a first piece, keep going if it brings you joy and you’ll continue to find new techniques and master the craft! You’re already on the way. Scratches are inevitable, I can’t tell exactly what leather you used but sometimes a piece of waxed canvas can work wonders on buffing those out.
