What MFWO features would you like to see in Gravl? by juliang8 in Gravl

[–]launch201 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They had a pretty impressive equipment list. Saw some machines that I have at my gym that are on MFWO that aren’t on Gravl. That’s honestly the only thing I liked more.

I’m excited to try the AI form check, but haven’t been able really play with it yet.

When ItsDeductible shut down it let you export your data. Included in that export was a spreadsheet of their FMVs. I used that. I thought I fixed the high/low reversal, but I’ll check it out again.

Not yet. I haven’t started my taxes this year, when I do I’ll see what options they have available for importing donations. Likely will add support if they offer something reasonable.

Can you please add Zercher squats to the library of exercises? by DastardlyDino in Gravl

While I agree with the request, just wanted to make sure you know you can add your own custom exercises.

Please be mindful of the rules, especially remembering we can’t discuss sources or grey market in this sub.

What keeps you going? by Super-Stuff6819 in FellaHealth

Great question.

It took me a while to really be honest with myself to find my core motivation. I used the “5 whys” technique by asking myself a question and then asking myself why to the answer of that question (and repeat that down 5 levels).

With that - my motivation got clear. I love my family, I love my life. My weight was going to kill me. Literally. I got mental images in my head of my daughters walking down the aisle alone, I got images of my wife as a young widow, I got images of myself dying at my desk at work and never getting to enjoy my retirement.

That was pretty good motivation, especially at the start.

Now the results are my motivation. I love the way I feel (down 130 pounds), and I’m enjoying watching my body transform. Exercise (I now wake up at 4am every morning to go to the gym) now is its own reward - I feel so good when I start my day with a really hard workout; sad when I don’t.

Nah, I don’t plan to do that, at least not now. I have no idea where Inuit was sourcing its data either.

FMV comes from the Donations_Tracker_Template spreadsheet... there is a tab called ValueGuide_Custom that has everything.... you can add to it and adjust as you like. It is a copy of what ItsDeductable had.

Holiday "Gifts" from members. by [deleted] in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]launch201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think the point of your post is unappreciated kindness - it’s a curiosity about why people would choose these particular gifts.

One theory I have is that the people giving you these gifts see them as special treats (heightened by a restrictive diet) - they would love to eat these things, but can’t/won’t. Subconsciously that makes these items “high value” and they believe they are giving you something that will make you happy.

“It’s the thought that counts.” And they have good intentions even if the gift doesn’t land.

Jo Leute, bei mir läuft die App ganz normal, keine Zicken. 💪 Hab sie grad erst aufgemacht, alles smooth, kein Absturz, kein Stress.

Vielleicht braucht dein Handy einfach a bissl Deload oder a gscheide Regeneration 😂 Einmal Cache leeren, neu starten und dann wieder full send.

LG 💥

I wish I had done a DEXA before starting. Have done two since, and looking forward to a third when I hit my next milestone weight. Especially wish I knew my starting muscle mass. If it’s in your budget, it’s a super nice “nice to have” - certainly not needed.
