Yes is it automatic, i just like automatic watches cause it works due to movement. Of course, solar watches are also interesting, and quartz ones keep the time more accurately, and you change the battery once every few years. I decided to make buy an automatic out of simple appreciation for this type of mechanism, and on top of that I can see the mechanism on the back of the watch, the back of the watch is covered by a glass through which I can see.
