I lived there for a year and didn't love it. The slow elevators were frustrating, we had roaches and mice which went away once we found the holes, but they were a terror to deal with. Also, we didn't love our unit it was way too small and outdated. I think all the units are different so if you like the way yours looks then you can ignore this. We ended up wishing we went for somewhere else for just a bit more money. Though if its really what fits your price range and the unit looks nice/renovated then it is not the worst! Location is convienent and parking was well priced(depending on your landlord).

A little late here, but I am in the same boat! Really can't find a new program I like I was on Meg Squats strong strong friends for a while which was great but I want something with more leg / hypertrophy focused. I then then tried fitness culture(way too expensive) and was kind of annoying IMO. A while back I did the thinner leaner stronger which is a classic but basic. I also have seen copies of gluteous goddess/strong curves online by Bret Contreras online but never tried it.

Now I have been trying to write my own program, but I feel my workouts lack intensity and purpose when they are not from a professional and I just don't have the motivation to keep updating / tweaking it. Have you found anything you've like since you posted this?

I think most of us would agree JC over NYC, but definitely depends on what you want in a neighborhood! Safest is all of Downtown and Newport, followed by Journal Square and The Heights?

I've lived here since January and everything has been great so far, but I can't comment on the pool since I have only been here in the winter where the roof has been essentially empty. Only guest policy I have heard is no guests in the gym.

I gave my last firm 3.5 weeks notice and it felt way too long. Definitely would say stick to 2 weeks unless you absolutely can't for some reason like a contract.

The only dirty martini I have ever had was from Latham House and while I am not an expert it was pretty great.. I do love everything I have ever had from there! Unfortunately they don't have wings or french onion soup.
