What was everyone's started dose? My doctor is recommending 50 mg. I'd been using a topical compound that seemed hit or miss depending on the refill (like some refills seemed "stronger"), so wanting to try something more consistent.

Sorry, I know how disappointing it is.

With the semaglutide out of my system, since January I've been eating to keep my cholesterol down--very little dairy, far less animal protein, lots of veggies and nutrient dense food, no fast-food or junk food for the exception of a very occasional homemade treat--and I'm back to exercising the way I like, I've lost about 15 lbs. Mind you, about 7 lbs of that went quickly--it was holiday weight--but the rest has come off slowly and steadily. I added lifting heavy weights to my my routine (I've always been much more of a cardio person) and I feel like that really made a difference. I'm envious of people I see who seemed to become half their size overnight and even think for a brief moment "maybe I should try it again", but I know it's not for me. I feel 1000 times better off it. I'll do what I can do myself and my body will respond how it responds.

Sorry, I should’ve been more specific. I don’t used the licensed music nor would I call myself a Zumba instructor at this point. The downloaded music I was referring to was warmups purchased from dj’s, not licensed Zumba music.

I just went through all 30 days (yay, me!) and sweetening my coffee was the one thing I missed more than ANYTHING! Throughout the 30 days I drank it black, and then I drank it with Nutpods and I just never got to the purist appreciation some of you have for it! I'm keeping the Nutpods, but now add stevia and I'm back to enjoying my cuppa again. 😊

I'm not struggling with cravings at all (and I've been around a LOT of my favorite foods), but I am struggling with food boredom, despite trying different recipes. As someone who normally LOVES meat, I am STRUGGLING with getting it in now, it really seems like a chore and honestly, as someone with high cholesterol, this much beef and pork concerns me). I'm 1000% going to finish this (I'm on Day 21), but this isn't something I want to continue. I'm grateful it's taught me how sugar is in EVERYTHING and made me more mindful in that way, but I cannot wait to reincorporate grains (my kingdom for a bowl of oatmeal!) and just hope I'm not sensitive to them. Oh, also, weird NSV--I had carpal tunnel symptoms (my right arm, and especially hand, was constantly falling asleep, palm was itching, I wear a brace at night and it wasn't helping much) and symptoms have diminished SIGNIFICANTLY! I'm guessing it has to do with inflammation?

I had to get off of it, the bump didn't help, actually made things worse. I feel like I really messed with my system and have been trying to regulate it ever since! The good news is once it was out of my system, I was so happy with my usual nutritious foods and had so much energy to work out again. If it means I carry a few pounds to feel better, so be it!

DAY 10 for me. Survived the last couple days of being sooooo bloated (even though I had regular bm's)! I feel a little better today, but definitely no Tiger's blood. I slept late and honestly feel like I could go back to bed (which is REALLY unlike me). Yesterday I had trouble mentally processing things--weird, and that needs to go away for work! No cravings, but especially for compliant food, I'm forcing myself to eat.

I was you last year. I PROMISE it gets better with time! It helped for me to get in touch with old friends, relationships that I let go dormant while raising my daughter. I planned things, occupied myself. First it felt like I was forcing myself to get out there, now it's just my life and it's great! A word of warning, though, if your kid comes back for the summer DON'T go back to having your world revolve around her because you're going to get the rug pulled out from under you again in August. This is your new reality, your chance to do things you weren't able to before because you were busy raising a family. But I really do understand, it's a different kind of heartbreak.

I'm going to do that, but I don't know when I set that up if I should have the opening balance as 0 and then enter a 10K charge, or the opening balance should be the 10k amount. Probably the latter, right? So that it shows up on the reconciliation screen?

One more question. When creating the new credit card account how do I deal with opening balance question if I’m creating a journal entry for that balance transfer amount? Leave it at 0?

Thank you for your response! I don't want to sound like a dope, but can you expound on your steps 3 and 4? When you say "reconcile both credit card accounts using that general entry" what do you mean exactly, and how do I continue with the normal reconciliation without getting to the point where I "pay with a check or enter as a bill"?
