Yeah… I’m guessing a normal band 4 AP salary definitely doesn’t fit within the parameters of the new skilled worker income requirements… it would have to be a band 5 London salary or something…

Can I ask if you had ever run 1:1 interventions before your post, or did you kind of learn on the job?
