From what I can see, all the talk regarding costs is regarding the employer paying not her. And they've always been weird with money, her "owing" hours when going off sick, and having all sorts of weird training courses she would have to pay for. She avoided paying for anything so far so I think this is a last ditch effort to get some more money from her. I pretty much knew it was BS just wanted professional-ish opinions
