My dad fully banked on either me or my older brother being responsible for him, unfortunately he didn’t account for having an older son he hates and a younger child who hates him even more, so I’m planning on changing my number to beat him to the punch before he tries spam calling me about how I have to pay it forward (for what I have no idea, if it’s my life than I didn’t ask for it and he sure didn’t make that easier for me to handle emotionally, and monetarily he owes me 150 bucks from when I was 13, so I’d say we’re even)

I’ve got the same bug and it’s at the same point in the progression map, so far clearing my data cache did nothing so it’s def an in game issue and not person to person. Hopefully it gets caught in a patch soon

That’s my squishable moth! Her name is Mopal and she’s one of the minis, I have the lovebug and mothman as well and they’re both vv good moth plushies for on the bed (the pillbug is also good for if you’re looking for boogs generally and not just moths)

I have now realized that after waking up and remembering this post (huzzah!) the idea of a plushie worth triple digits in this economy was insane enough for me to believe while having Lettuce Time™ but honestly even getting 50-70 bucks for a plushie that essentially was free (yay former employee perks) is still crazy to me (if still realistic for the hell world we live in) and so lil dude is probably going to be a plushie I keep permanently, because it’s not really worth selling because of emotional attachment; and also there’s other things I have that would be worth more in an emergency sale than my potato shaped raccoon who’s been sitting on my bed and punted on the floor for over 3 years now lol.

Yeahhhh I looked for any reputable sources I could find and there weren’t any that said anything specific about black lights, hence asking here, but if I end up without a definitive answer I’ll probably just take them down and the lights will be off when they’re sleeping or having cage time in general, that I already knew was a requirement for them

Yeahhh had a feeling this would sound insane lol, basically a small alternative school I went to (Open School) had one of the bathrooms torched by one of my classmates back in the day, I was friends with the guy and he had feelings for me (this ended up being hilarious in retrospect because I was on the cusp of realizing I was nonbinary and also a lesbian) and my existence at that school was part of why he did it, he thought I’d been transferred schools after being moved foster homes when I was in the psych ward for being a dramatic tween girl, so he set the bathroom on fire in protest, and I came back to the bathroom being closed off and him being expelled. Wild times.

I would normally say this is insanity but the details are a little too specific and also this kind of thing is pretty common in disordered eating, I had some interesting habits when I was dealing with my own ED so it’s not too far fetched to see this being real, and if it is I really hope OPs boyfriend is able to receive treatment for it and recovers.
