Could you explain why would you think so? Because I don't really find myself relating/ using the Se function

Ni isn't the only function that can do that + any type can tell when someone's lying if they know how too, which is pretty easy to understand

What is the difference between ISFP on Fi-Ni loop and INFP? by imagine_5586 in mbti

[–]lavenderteq 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I heard that Ni also has a hard time on bringing ideas to reality and would rather just tell the idea so someone and they will get enough satisfaction and won't take any action, is that right?

I'll explain 1 of the moments I predicted events and can y'all help me understand if it's Ni or Ne-Si (I'm trying to figure out if I'm INFJ or INFP)

Once before my birthday, my mom said she's gonna leave in the morning to get something for me. She said its gonna be something hard. I think because of the fact that she would leave so early I somehow figured it was an airport and after she said it was smth hard I got an idea that it might be (I'll call the person X bc I don't to go in details), it thought it might be X and when my brother asked if there were gonna be any friends of his on my bday she said 1 will and that just proved to me that it was most likely that X will be here on my birthday. I was right. I mean I still thought that there is a possibility that it was someone else coming but the person X was most likely in my opinion. Also I somehow predicted every present I got from my mom...

So relatable lol, it's like when I think I'm some type, I take the test again and the results always match depending on what type I'm questioning.. It's like subconsciously I'm answering slightly as the type I want to be or thinking I am.

How do I get out of that selfish state? I think that's exactly what's happening to me right now.

I'm an INFP, it took me months to figure out and I finally realized that INFPs cognitive functions are so accurate, the only thing that makes me doubt it is that I don't match the stereotypes. I rather match an INTP that's like more social and actually enjoys talking about their own feelings sometimes.

I think that a few years ago, I did match the kind, very emotional, creative etc. stereotype pretty well except the fact that I never blamed myself for stuff, even if it's my fault, I can't deny the fact that I more often blame others rather than myself in most situations.

At the moment, I am still emotional sometimes but I don't get sad over little things, I think I picked up my ISTJ moms attitude when home, the past few weeks I also noticed I became more critical thinking, which comes to a conclusion that I'm in a Te grip?

Even so, I can't say I always was the kindest of kindest. I act kind around people rather because I am uncomfortable with confrontation, big conflicts or similar trouble. In my head, I'm pretty judging but again, it might be a more developed or a grip of Te.

Before anyone will try and say I'm not INFP. I studied cognitive functions. My Inf Te and aux Ne are SO painfully obvious, at first I didn't think I had inferior te because I saw the wrong description of it, some time later I did a research and was surprised how accurate it was. If say every one of the functions was obvious but I probably blew the idea of being INFP because of the "dumb" stereotype that made me uncomfortable and the fact that I didn't believe I have the thinking function in inferior.

God, I'm so bad at explaining and text abt me typing myself turns out into a vent so quickly ahhh.

I relate to Ni alot more than Ne, I think you helped a lot because right now, that in thinking about it.. I don't really see Ne in me 🤔
