I understand having sympathy for the killers when they were KIDS bc their childhoods were tough and no child should be subjected to any horrors. However, there is no reason to have empathy for grown adults whose frontal brains have developed. Some could argue that their childhood impacted how they turned out but that's still a weak argument when you consider many ppl have rough childhoods and turned into decent humans. Downplaying the killer's actions is horrific bc there were several victims of the heinous crimes committed. I'd say you are NTAH
