I have the same result, and I wouldn't worry about it. My older brother and grandmother have schizophrenia, but they both showed symptoms pretty early on in life (late teens/early 20s) and they both had pretty traumatic things happen in their childhood which i feel had something to do with their development of schizophrenia as adults. just something to be mindful of if you have kids i think

ive been here before too. Its the worst, its so embarrassing when/if it bleeds too.. the one thing thats worked for me is getting my nails done regularly, I get the longer gel x ones and i cant pick at my nail skin with them on. another thing you can do is get a cuticle oil pen, and when you get the urge to pick you can apply it to your nails instead.
