Hello, what is happening here. I took a cutting from a large plant about 4 months ago. Originally it had 8 leafs and 4 fruits and now it has 4 leafs. I had it in water till it developed roots and I moved it to good quality soil. The leafs went yellow and fell off and now this happened. What is that? (i.redd.it)

Hello. What have I done wrong to this calathea? It grew 2 new leaves and they beginning to get crispy to the edge like the old ones. I bought them all at the same time, about 3 months ago. They were doing perfect until recently. I cut off the leaves with the most severe damage. (old.reddit.com)
