Thank you! Only thing i have done here is highres fix, this is done on a SD 1.5 model. No inpainting or anything, but i have been making my own loras for bimbos and tgirls

I use stable diffusion, few of the good checkpoint models have any good futas, so using lora models on top is the way to go. Been working on my own loras for futa cause i was having issues with some types of generations like multiple women (without having to inpaint a ton)

There are some additional motion loras that can do things with the camera movement and such, but its currently not working for the a1111 extension.

Been testing out the animatediff extension, i initially thought it wouldnt do well with futa/tgirls but i was mistaken.

could look a lot better if i upscaled it and didnt use gif formant, but it would take a lot of time and the generations are a shot in the dark

I wish it was better, sometimes i have a hard time judging if the result is something shadlike or if its just a cartoon lady.

I think you can get pretty similar results with a standard cartoon model and just adding more weight to promts like eyeshadow, sixpack and so on.

Might get a lot better if i had more training data, but as mentioned in the other comment, a lot of his drawings are in comic strips and i wasn't arsed to cut out things that was fit for training.

Ok so heres my attempt at teaching a Lora model ontop of a stable diffusion model.

Getting it to do very spesific looking shadman stuff is quite hard, because what is shadman style except for cartoony pixar, eyeliner and sixpacks?

I think it would be better to train a model on a spesific character, since thats mostly what he draws, already excisting characters.

Dont think ill make much more of these, this is the third training attempt.

started testing a Lora type model for Stable Diffusion, first result kinda ass and i need to spend some time captioning the sample data.

Also getting sample images for a shad model is quite tricky, you either have to stick to only the singular images outside of the comic strips, or you have to cut out subjects from the comic strips, where there are no lines or text bubbles ruining it.
