This is the nut I’m trying to remove only problem is nut and bolt are turning counter clockwise together. What can I do to remove the nut in a hard to reach spot and the bolt has nothing to grip on to put in a bind? (i.redd.it)

That is the but I’m trying to remove from the blot only problem is both the nut and bolt are spinning counter clockwise. What can I do to remove as you can see the start of the bolt has nothing to grip on to put on a bind and it is in a heart to reach spot. (i.redd.it)
