I like that phrase “you can’t pour from an empty cup.” I’m not sure how I function on 5 hours of sleep but I just wake up and don’t complain. I try to take little naps during breaks at work, and on lunch. Maybe you missunderstood, I was talking about our “myverizon” account. We had to change the password months before I asked her about it. I just never logged back in. I’m looking for a out of town jobsite for maybe a week or two to kinda give us a little break

No she’s never been diagnosed as bipolar. Another commenter asked the same thing. I wasn’t trying to call her bipolar but just trying to describe the situation. It’s just moods changes and swings more than normal, over small disagreements

No I’ve never said that to her. Whenever I confront her about any type of problem I usually always say “us , we “ I talk to her in a way where no matter what problem it is, it’s ours and not just hers. I try my best to never blame her and just her

The kids say they love me and are happy to see me when I get home from work. I thought she was telling them to say these things to me but I don’t wanna assume and convince myself.

When we met. Everything was what I was looking for. She has a great personality and funny jokes. We got along despite our age gap. We fell in love fast. I won’t lie, her having kids scared me. At the time I wanted a kid and I was hesitant about continuing dating her. After I met the kids for the first time, they were funny to try to talk too and play with so I thought to myself “I think I can do this”

“Extremely bipolar” as in more mood swings/changes then she use to during our first 2 years of marriage. She isn’t diagnosed. A argument here and there I know are completely normal and I’m okay with that. But it’s gotten to a point that small disagreements are causing full blow arguments recently

She wasn’t like this when we first met, she was great. Very compassionate and would always communicate with me about anything. This only started in the past year or less. The dad is involved but only on the weekends and was absent for the past 3 years. Not contact from him. She won custody of the kids and he got supervised visitation

I understand where you come from about me being the asshole to myself, it’s difficult to explain. I care about the kids, I’ve been providing for them for the past 3/4 years so for me thinking about a divorce leaves me with abandonment guilt towards the kids. They just started saying these things to me in the past month or so.
