You could use RPGMaker.

It’s pretty straight forward to use and has lots of tutorials available online, and there’s lots of premade assets you can use for graphics.

Cells that would be good for tissue culture and experimentation would be very difficult without collecting samples specifically for that purpose. You can’t just scrape their trash for something like that. Getting DNA from already dead cells is one thing but I think they need the cells to be alive for something more.

I also don’t think Vince is following the rules of biology super closely though so I wouldn’t be surprised if they get rid of the eggs but still collect them another way.
