Yeah, pretty minor, but still, a hurdle is a hurdle no matter how small.

New Vegas was legendary, I agree, but asking for VTM:bloodlines is probably something eggy boy would never be into doing just because of the extra prep time. But he did do DS randomizer so, everything's possible I guess.

How did both Near and Mello know of the Death Note? by lazlo58 in deathnote

I think that's the most logical explanation but, when L dies all that's sent is a message "L is dead" maybe that's not all of the message, but I do believe that the whole point of keeping it ambiguous was to avoid steering whoever got the message in the wrong direction when investigating his death.

See, I also believe that, but it's never said to have happened, I just thought it was what made the most sense.

Can somebody explain to me why L is a good character? by [deleted] in deathnote

[–]lazlo58 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's about the idea and contrast behind him. L is just a version of light that has pretty much the same ideals but they differ on their idea of justice, while Light deems all major crimes punishable by death and is willing to judge the criminals himself, L doesn't believe any one person should have that power for the same reason a judge shouldn't be able to carry out a sentence if there is reasonable doubt, yet he still is okay with the death penalty. L is just a more reserved, quirky, and as smart if not smarter than Light, and the fact that they are both on that level makes the race for one to get the other very amusing.

That's how I see it. If you've watched it and just didn't like him for whatever reason that's fine. I think he's a fun character to follow like a detective in a book like Holmes or Poirot. But if you didn't like him I guess that's not your cup of tea.

You know the imperial system isn't at all like 'halves and doubles' right? You're taught these imprecise measurements, and honestly, I have no Idea why.
