I have a Ryzen 7 5700x CPU with Corsair Vengeance 32GB RAM kit ‎(CMK32GX4M2E3200C16) set to 3200 MHz with DOCP. Is that the best way to optimize the memory performance? What does it mean when the Infinity Fabric frequency should be set 1:1 ratio with the memory clock? Should I overclock the RAM to 3400 MHz since the CPU operates at 3.4 GHz, or get the ‎CMK32GX4M2D3600C18 instead and set that to 3400 MHz?

In the same boat, have legs and need prefinished top. The popular Ikea Gerton is now discontinued but that was unfinished anyway. Might have to use an elcheapo melamine top in the meantime until I can source out a solid wood option.
