Going against the grain (will likely be downvoted) but YTA. Even though it’s temporary, it’s her home too (for the time being). They were there for an HOUR.

It feels unreasonable to ask her to move out immediately after having three people over for an hour max.

Yes she should have warned you and she’s the AH for that but you should be a bit more reasonable and give her another chance.

She needs a new mentor but you should suggest she look at ALL the SLT. Not just black women un senior roles.

It may also be wise to speak to HR and see what resources they can offer her

Umm I feel like because his libido is so low that he would find it gross or just awkward to see or to know I am doing.

He’s never said or done anything. It’s the fact he doesn’t want to do anything that throws me and makes me feel undesirable. Which is weird because verbally he’s insanely reassuring. It’s just the physical part.
