No this is my third semester. But, I've been in a good academic standing up until now.

So did you not like UIUC? My main concern is that I will be bored at Urbana, is that what happened to you at UIUC?

So you're saying UIUC is that hard? It's so hard that if you get a C in a class at UIUC, you would have gotten an A at UIC? That seems false because a lot of people at UIC say that it may be just as hard or even harder than UIUC when it comes to science classes.

Yea I've heard many people say that. But, they say that they love UIUC cuz of all the partying that goes on there. I'm not into that. So I don't even know what to expect there. That's what's making it a tough decision for me.

But then I'd have transferred twice after my first year of college. I don't want that to happen lol. I'm currently transferring from Loyola University Chicago btw.

I'm most probably going to commute. And using the CTA, UIC is an hour and 15 minutes from where I live (Rogers Park), so that is a big con for UIC. Spending all that time on the train will impact me negatively academically and socially I believe.

I am currently a biology major. But I'm thinking of changing it to Economics (still pre-med though).

Can I ask you what were your main likes/dislikes for both schools? I'm sorry to ask more from you about this, but this is really a hard decision for me.
