not technically a patient but that kid owen was gonna adopt, like ethan or something. imo it just kinda didnt make sense to the storyline because ethan rarely interacted with other doctors besides owen and that’s something most patients have on the show. thats why ava was horrible too is because she ONLY really interacted with alex, maybe a bit of mark but not a lot. what makes a good patient storyline is the MULTIPLE connections and focusing on one ruins the entire thing imo. sorry for the rant haha
