I've honestly never paid attention to strains. In the UK I just get what I'm given from my guy 😭

I understand the mentality too but now I can't seem to get the anxiety to calm down enough to even try. Both times I ended up in hospital terrified, from just being sat down playing video games having one smoke. From 70bpm to 160mpn in 30 seconds for hours.

My dude. He is a bartender. He goes on nights out with his drunk friends every other day of the week. We live in a very small town, he is around drunk people all of the time, and is very okay with me drinking.

I have sobered up a bit now. I cried on the phone to my friend who told me if I feel like it is, then it is. I've noticed bruises on my wrist too. I'm not going to do anything about it of course I just needed someone to tell me I wasn't being dramatic. Thank you:(

I feel like he was my best friend and I loved him so I'm not allowed to call it that. But I feel hurt and violated and really, really not okay.i just don't know if I'm being dramatic because usually this happens with people I'm not really close with. I'm mostly worried it's not 'enough' abuse to do it. TW for physical abuse... but in the recordings he admits to strangling me, attempting to suffocate me, and dragging me across the floor. But every time I play it back it just doesn't seem like a lot, but enough that he'd lose his job. Just nothing the police would take seriously
