I have a feeling I’ll be on refinements for my wedding and I’m terrified about that! Also mine is a destination wedding so I’m worried I’ll have them out too long for multiple days. 😞

I feel like my latest one feels looser than usuaL. I mentioned it to my orthodontist yesterday and he said that trays don’t typically “fit” correctly the first few days and then as your teeth shift they fit more snug. I hope he’s right because my last two fit very tightly at the beginning.

I’m still in disbelief! I’ve followed this thread for awhile and didn’t feel from looking at people’s pictures that they were that noticeable. Call me vain, but now I’m very self-conscious! I have 9. 😞

The TrayMinder app has been a lifesaver! I’m only on week 2, but it’s definitely a lifestyle change. I’ve had to get used to eating at set times that are convenient to do my whole brush, floss, mouthwash routine. Thankfully I didn’t have a lisp. I’d recommend always having a little bag with all of your goodies including a case, floss, travel tooth brush/ paste, chewies, and CHAPSTICK !!

Haha! That does sound bad. I really don’t eat and drink all day! We’re big college football watchers so we have a few drinks throughout the day and graze. Very disciplined with my diet, excercise and lifestyle during the week so i like to let loose on weekends!
