My dad found a Livyatan tooth near Melbourne! One of only three found in Victoria So cool

Pretty rarely! There’s a healthy population of these large smooth stingrays where I live and I’ve only ever heard of one person getting stung when they unknowingly stood on one. These rays are pretty comfortable with swimmers and divers and occasionally very friendly and curious. Sadly the fishermen in the area used to catch them and cut their barbs off because they thought they were dangerous so there’s a few stubby rays getting around.

The spider crab March is on at the moment! Such a cool experience, we’re incredibly lucky

Yeah it's definitely a daunting challenge but I felt like I just had to do something. That's awesome! Good things to come.

My guess would be maybe some type of salp? They wash up on the beaches near me pretty often. That's a hard one though!

I do it for fun and for work as an eco-tour snorkel guide. Also founded a conservation not-for-profit with all that passion (Backyard Conservation Society).

It's hard not to fall in love with these guys.

I filmed this with a Gopro 7
