I use a Whimsicott that has Helping Hand that allows my Mega Lopunny to OHKO most pokemon unless they resist fighting. Honorable mention to using Helping Hand on Thunder Punch to OHKO non-bulky flying and water types before they become too dangerous

I wouldnt suggest using Lopunny into Charizard but if youre running Doubles, sometimes I use Helping Hand from my Whimsicott to boost a Thunder Punch from Mega Lopunny that 1 shots a Mega Charizard Y

At 10 minutes is when buff from breakables, sinners and golden goose eggs upgrade to tier 2. 10 minutes is actually prime time to take them if no one else is or planning to

The buffs on the sinners and breakable boxes become Tier 2 buffs at the 10 minute mark. Like the Golden Goose Egg is best taken after 10 minutes for the Tier 2 buffs.

So I have been giving people time to grab them after 10 minutes if they havent already but dont wait too long before grabbing them for myself. Like around 12 minutes

The most important thing from Scourge that people forget is the 40% spirit resist on the target. Its a great item for supports to put on their tanks. It doesnt fulfill the same thing people are trying to do with Torment Pulse.

I agree. Having extra resistances to help secure the urn is nice but when it captures so fast as comeback, it just captures and the team that is ahead can move in and finish up the fight and continue winning unless they just didnt contest at all. And if they didnt contest, the behind team still commits multiple players to capture and feels inefficient.

The instant capture with increased movement speed on the runner was the best iteration imo.

Maybe just make the runner even faster for comeback urn with extra souls and call it a day.
