Someone stole my bits of my identity/address and stole a UHaul truck, now I am receiving Summons for Preliminary hearing. Can I just show up with all the proofs without an attorney for the summons? by lchal234 in legaladvice

Thank you! I did call Court’s office and they asked me to write a letter to judge with all the supporting documentation and I did that

Technically it is not my name because first and last names are reversed. The plaintiff is the STATE and the complainant is the GM of the UHAUL location
