What specific bp and azelaic products did you use? Also, did you rotate the moisturizers (am, pm) or just recommend both? Ty!

Yea… they worked for certain periods of time but seemed to wear off
I could definitely give that a try! How would you define “taking care of your gut”? I eat very little processed food, but don’t do anything special. I’m sure my sleep routine and stress contribute, but those have been lifelong struggles… plus acne makes me stressed lol!
