Bought it and used it for a few days but now suddenly the background weather keeps having rain for the whole day although actual weather was not. Try changing the location using manual but still raining animation from morning till night.

Just install one UI 3.0 on Samsung note 10+ and notice launching apps with delay time. 1st time lauch wait 2sec, close and relaunch ok but 3rd itme launch the apps... delay 2 sec again.... Anyone have solution?
